Hear their heartbeat. Wherever they are.
Pillow Talk lets you hear and feel the real-time heartbeat of someone you love, even when you're thousands of miles apart.
One person wears a wristband that picks up their heartbeat. Somewhere else in the world, that heartbeat plays through a small speaker tucked beneath their loved one's pillow.
No recordings. No simulation.
It's them, right now.
How does it work?
Each person has a wristband and a small speaker that sits beneath their pillow.
When you wear the wristband, it detects your heartbeat and sends it over the internet to your loved one. Their heartbeat travels back to you.
Lie down, put your head on your pillow, and instead of another message or video call, you can hear the person you love.
“I love it. It’s so human… like I’m
laying with my head on his chest”— Jessica, 22, Chicago
Why a heartbeat?
We can see each other's faces from opposite sides of the world. We can message each other all day. We can fall asleep together on video calls.
But none of that feels quite like being with someone.
Pillow Talk began with a simple question: what if technology could carry something more intimate than words, pictures or video?
Your heartbeat is unconscious, constantly changing and completely yours.
So we built a way to send it.
