ABOUT US

We create loveable technology.

We believe the best technology shouldn't get between people. It should bring them closer.

Little Riot started with a simple idea: what if we used technology not to replace human interaction, but to make it possible in places where it otherwise couldn't exist?

That's what led us to create Pillow Talk - technology that lets you hear and feel the real-time heartbeat of someone you love, wherever they are in the world.

Today, that idea feels more important than ever. Technology can increasingly talk like us, write like us, create like us and imitate us. We're interested in something it can't manufacture: the experience of another real human being.

A heartbeat. A touch. A presence. The tiny, imperfect signals that remind us there's actually someone on the other side.

We want to build technology that works with the way humans naturally connect - products that can become part of our relationships without demanding our attention.

Because the future doesn't need to be humans versus technology. We just need to be much more deliberate about what we ask technology to do.

Let's build things that bring us closer.

Who are we?

We're a small team of engineers and designers who care deeply about building things that matter. The company was formed by Interaction Design graduate Joanna Montgomery, upon completion of her degree at Dundee University to develop our flagship product, Pillow Talk.

We are continually recognised for our work in human-centric interaction design, and have helped companies from all industries challenge their thinking and strengthen communication.
